From Campaigns to Creativity
My username is DM_KNIGHTMARE. I am an avid Magic: The Gathering player, as well as a dungeon master (hence DM in my name). My universe is based off my many Dungeons & Dragons campaigns I have DM’ed as well as played. I absolutely love the fact that I can put the campaigns on paper! Thanks for that Toongether!
Small Talk, Big Ideas
I am inspired by many people I have played Magic and D&D with. Some of the crazy concepts are just bounced around in small talk. My ideas are constantly flowing in my head after D&D campaigns, one decision could make the biggest difference and so I put those differences on paper!
Plotting, Framing, Reworking
I start by doing a diagram of the storyline to figure out where the story will go. Background is crucial, shadowing and characters’ body language as well. I rework frames after the story is finished to make final touches. A single episode takes anywhere from 3-12 hours depending on the scenes.
From Doubt to Confidence in My First Episode
I was nervous publishing the first episode because I didn’t know how it would be received, but I’m glad I did it! I usually read every day, my favorites so far are Death at Sea by Suiyaki Tems and Fate’s Game by PocketPixie!
