Love That Pushes Through

Hi, I’m Jennababiee!

The emotion that sits at the center of my work is determined love—not just romantic love, but the kind of love that pushes someone to keep going, even when everything feels broken. The genre I love the most is romance and action because they bring out both fire and fragility in people. Action adds intensity to the story, while romance lets me dig deep into the why, the who, and what we as people are willing to risk for the ones we care about.

The Power of Listening

“I’ll Be Your Safe Space”
There were two scenes that hit hard for me. One was the moment when two siblings were separated—it’s personal, because my brother and I were separated in real life. The other was the episode “I’ll be your safe space” in If Only, which really resonates because so many people don’t have someone willing to listen without judgment. Creating a space where people can speak freely about their struggles—without fear of being diminished—means everything to me. That kind of storytelling can encourage someone to keep moving forward.

Vulnerability is Power

My character Noemi was never meant to show a soft side. She was introduced as a personal trainer and self-defense instructor—strong, independent, resilient. As women, we’re often taught to carry the world alone. But eventually, Noemi found herself in a situation beyond her control, and she became the one who needed help. Even with all her fighting abilities, she couldn’t fix everything herself. That moment showed a deeper truth: needing help doesn’t make you weak—it makes you real.

Roots of My Vision

In the toongether app, Benzenith was one of the first creators whose story really captivated me. The panel layouts were just so beautifully and creatively done—they stood out more than the rest. Princess Adele’s tutorials helped a lot. Wish brought a fun, out-of-the-box approach to comics.

Astralune inspired me through her romance storytelling and her support on Discord. VerucaMadison’s tutorials on diverse character styles and her encouraging words were also huge for me. And Shoebeltshorts? His mix of romance and comedy had me laughing every time—I absolutely love his work.
